Our Firm

Why Choose Us

We have extensive experience in the Immigration, Family, and Criminal Law fields of practice.  We are able to assist you with any of your immigration needs and often time assist people through the entire process of bringing a person to the U.S. on a Visa and then assisting them in getting approved for their Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) as well.

The most common path to getting a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) is through the I-30 process wherein a qualifying U.S. citizen family member sponsors an undocumented person.  In most cases this also includes the Waiver Process wherein a letter must be written explaining the hardships that the U.S. citizen would face if the undocumented relative were not able to remain in the U.S.  Our firm takes a hands on approach in assisting you with the Waiver process which is the most important part of this process in determining whether or not your loved one will be approved for their Permanent Resident Card.  We provide you with the tools and guides to assist you in writing the most convincing letter possible.  Furthermore, we use our experience to guide you and modify your letter to show true hardship

Family Law includes Divorce, Custody, Visitation and Child Support issues.  What sets our firm apart from the rest is the depth of attention to detail that we go into for our clients.  Where many attorneys leave vagueness in their paperwork which can lead to fights between the parties involved in the future, we work to insure that every aspect of your divorce, custody, visitation, and child support are written out so that each party is fully informed of all aspects of the final order.  We believe that clearly defining all aspects of your case, especially when it comes to children, allows for smooth communication between all parities involved.  Some of the items we address are:

  • Property Division
  • Debt and Savings division
  • Regular Visitation and Holiday Visitation
  • Issues concerning if a party wishes to move
  • Division of Cost regarding Medical Expenses
  • Division of costs regarding extra-curricular activities
  • Costs associated with transportation of the child
  • Division of costs of the child's College Education
  • What happens with the Marital Home
  • Division of Automobiles
